Account Manager
Mend is seeking a talented, results-oriented, energetic, and highly-motivated individual to join our international customer experience team!
Responsibilities
- Ownership of subscription renewal process with existing customers.
- Meet and exceed renewal ratio targets.
- Identify upsell opportunities and maximize the customers’ lifetime value.
- Developing strong relationships with customers, and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Work closely with Customer support, Engineering, Product & Customer Success teams to ensure customer success.
- Responding to customers’ requests for information about proposals and quotes.
- Develop business and technical proficiency with Mend platform.
- Monitor customer satisfaction across service lines.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager.
- Experience in managing commercial activities (contracts, quotes, negotiations, proposals, payments and so forth).
- Proven experience from B2B SaaS companies.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelors’ degree in a related field.
- Extremely well organized and a strategic thinker.
