Account Manager

Mend is seeking a talented, results-oriented, energetic, and highly-motivated individual to join our international customer experience team!

 

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of subscription renewal process with existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed renewal ratio targets.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and maximize the customers’ lifetime value.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers, and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Customer support, Engineering, Product & Customer Success teams to ensure customer success.
  • Responding to customers’ requests for information about proposals and quotes.
  • Develop business and technical proficiency with Mend platform.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction across service lines.





Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager.
  • Experience in managing commercial activities (contracts, quotes, negotiations, proposals, payments and so forth).
  • Proven experience from B2B SaaS companies.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelors’ degree in a related field.
  • Extremely well organized and a strategic thinker.
