libcurl OpenSSL provider use-after-free: pooled TLS connections can outlive their originating easy handles in the multi interface. When OpenSSL 3 providers are used the library context is improperly managed, producing a heap use-after-free on subsequent I/O. Affects curl 8.14.0 through 8.21.0, fixed in 8.22.0.
