libcurl domain-scoped PSL domain cookie: with libpsl support enabled, a Set-Cookie whose Domain attribute matches a public suffix origin is stored with wildcard domain scope instead of as a host-only cookie, so it can be sent to unintended sibling subdomains. Affects both libcurl and the curl tool. Affects curl 7.46.0 through 8.21.0, fixed in 8.22.0.
